This is my blog, and so chances are you won’t agree with everything you read. This is fine with me and the world would be a very boring place if we all agreed on everything. That said, I do like to get along with people and I don’t like ruffling feathers so I hope I haven’t offended anyone with any of my comments!

I am not a personal trainer, registered dietitian or nutritionist. I read a lot about the things that interest me (exercise and healthy food, for instance) but I have no formal training or certification. I may offer some advice on this blog, but this is what has worked for me. Everyone is different, so please be sure to consult with someone who knows you, such as a doctor or your personal trainer, if you aren’t sure if a form of exercise or anything else I discuss (like protein powder, for instance) might be right for you and your body.

I am not a yoga teacher. I am a student and I love my classes and home practice. I like talking about yoga and doing yoga, but I do not have any experience in teaching others. If you have a question, I am happy to try to answer it, but please keep in mind that the only experience I can offer is as a student. I am also still a yoga newbie!
